Job summary

CIPD Enterprises Limited in Wimbledon is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Finance team, responsible for accounting, reporting and business partnering with key stakeholders across Digital & Technology, Trust, Content and Community Engagement. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours) offers £60,000-£65,000 plus benefits and a hybrid and flexible working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
• Experience as finance business partner working with non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP/NetSuite experience.
• Commercial mindset with profitability insight.

Responsibilities

• Partner with budget-holders to interpret data and shape strategic direction.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and ad hoc reports.
• Provide timely financial insights to budget-holders for budgeting control.
• Support directors with ad hoc analysis and commentary.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecasts with risks and opportunities.
• Provide variance analysis for Board reporting.
