Job summary

Resources Group is seeking a Senior Research Consultant for a 12-month maternity cover contract in Berkshire with hybrid working patterns. You will move beyond project delivery to become a trusted adviser to global technology brands, shaping research approaches and advising on strategic decisions with evidence-led insights.

Responsibilities include leading research programmes across quant, qual, and mixed methods, building senior client relationships, and supporting sales and account growth

Qualifications

• Senior-level market research experience on the agency side, ideally at Research Manager or Associate Director level.
• Strong mix of quantitative and qualitative research methods with a focus on brands.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into research plans and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex research programmes from design through delivery across quant, qual and mixed methods.
• Act as trusted adviser to clients, translating challenges into research solutions.
