ITV seeks a Sponsorship Manager in London (White City) on a hybrid basis to lead end-to-end sponsorship delivery for high-value campaigns across Broadcast, Streaming, Digital, and more. You will work closely with agencies, clients and internal teams to ensure seamless activation, strong relationships and opportunity-driven growth.

This role is centered on project management, activation and delivery excellence, with a focus on evolving ITV’s sponsorship propositions and market positioning.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering sponsorship campaigns from start to finish, including complex deals.
• Strong client servicing experience with senior relationships in media agencies and direct clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-value environment.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills for complex campaigns.
• Ability to craft strategic solutions and pitch ideas confidently to clients and agencies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise opportunities.
• Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking to navigate commercial challenges.
• Self-motivated, autonomous and calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for ITV, its content and sponsorship roles.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned sponsorship campaigns, meeting all contractual and operational requirements.
• Act as Brand Champion for assigned properties, shaping market positioning and consistency across materials.
• Develop and deliver high-quality sales materials, including presentations and supporting content.
• Provide best-in-class project management across the sponsorship lifecycle with internal and external partners.
• Champion sponsorship internally and externally, ensuring ITV platforms are considered in conversations.
• Support teams in pitching sponsorship opportunities to clients and agencies with expert knowledge.
• Build and maintain relationships with ITV stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure clear communication across internal teams about programme developments and scheduling changes.
• Identify opportunities to maximise commercial potential of sponsorship properties.
• Collaborate with Deputy Sponsorship Controller and Sponsorship Controller to evolve ITV’s offering.
