Job summary

RICS is hiring a Solution Architect to design, describe and support technology solutions across change programmes. You will work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements, standards and strategy, while promoting innovation and quality.

The role involves translating business needs into scalable, secure architectural designs and guiding delivery teams. You will collaborate across cloud and enterprise platforms, manage risk and ensure governance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing solutions across cloud, digital and enterprise platforms (e.g. Azure, Dynamics, APIs, integration, DXP).
• Ability to assess complex problems, evaluate options and design scalable, secure and fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate solution options with architectural recommendations.
• Translate requirements into comprehensive designs and risk mitigations.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain architectural artefacts and reusable components for consistency.
