Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a Software Engineering Manager in Nottingham on a hybrid basis (3 days/week). You will lead a team of about eight engineers and testers, guiding delivery, code review and architecture discussions while shaping technical direction in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-off coding role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with Product teams to meet roadmaps, while promoting high-quality software practices and the use of AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with leadership experience in Agile environments.
• Comfortable reading and reviewing code and guiding a team.
• Proven ability to deliver software in a fast-paced setting.
