Job summary

Tesco Insurance and Money Services is launching a two-year engineering development scheme designed to grow future leaders. You will rotate across software development, systems engineering and test engineering to build a broad skillset and support customer and colleague experiences.

The programme starts on 6 September 2027 and offers hybrid office attendance, with two days on site at our Edinburgh campus. You'll work with experienced engineers to design, build, test, and support applications and

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development, testing and maintenance of applications and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Support infrastructure, monitoring, incident management, and day-to-day operations.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing for changes to deliver robust solutions.
• Work across engineering projects, delivering at pace and scale to customers.
