In this one-year placement you’ll work on real business challenges, develop your coding capability in Java, Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift, Rust or Golang, and experience cloud

Qualifications

• Be in your penultimate year at university.
• Demonstrate knowledge in at least one modern programming language or framework.
• Genuine passion for technology and the drive to keep learning.
• Ability to demonstrate sound knowledge and technical skills aligned to the role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced engineers, product teams, architects and tech specialists to build software.
• Code with languages like Java, Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift, Rust and Golang.
• Learn cloud development, automation and continuous testing practices.
• Improve apps, digital journeys, APIs, AI-enabled tools and platforms used across the bank.
• Use technology to solve real problems and enhance customer experiences.
• Build confidence as an engineer while scaling software delivery.
