Hunter Bond is seeking exceptional Software Engineers to build high-performance systems at the intersection of computer science and quantitative finance. You will design and optimise software infrastructure supporting systematic trading strategies, tackling challenges in low latency, throughput and reliability.

Candidates should show strong Python or C++ skills, solid OO design, and a track record in performance optimisation. Hybrid working model with base salary plus bonus and benefits offered.

• Excpt programming ability in Python or C++ and OO design
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, complexity and OS
• Knowledge of concurrency, memory management, networking, performance optimisation

Mansioni

• Design, develop and optimise performance-critical software in Python and/or C++.
• Implement efficient algorithms and data structures for large-scale data processing.
• Build concurrent, parallel and distributed systems focusing on throughput and latency.
• Profile and optimise CPU-bound and memory workloads.
• Develop robust research infrastructure, data pipelines and production-grade apps.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate models into scalable software.
