Job summary

Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mid Level Software Engineer to join our agile team. This role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote to help drive the Revolution cloud-based platform and other critical applications.

You will design, develop, and enhance software used by over 1,400 advisers, collaborating across developers, testers, support teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong experience with .NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC/WebForms, and EF.
• Experience with SQL and source control (Git).
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain features across the Revolution platform and internal apps.
• Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Participate in design discussions to create scalable, high-performing solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards, security, and best practices.
