Job summary

Causeway is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Middlesbrough team on a hybrid basis. You will design, develop, test and maintain software components using C# and .NET, collaborating with product and QA to deliver high-quality solutions used across the construction sector.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft C# and .NET development.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge and query optimization.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Unit testing and test automation experience.
• Familiarity with Agile (Kanban) methodologies and project delivery.
• Ability to identify technical risks and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug software components.
• Support legacy and modern web technologies with active collaboration.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Estimate effort and ensure timely delivery of features.
