Job summary

QA is seeking a motivated apprentice to split time between LAT_56 and Core Facilities, gaining experience across two growing businesses. You’ll learn marketing, business operations, customer engagement and digital technologies while working with experienced mentors.

You’ll help plan and schedule digital content, manage CRM and marketing systems, deliver campaigns, and create social media assets. On completion, you gain a nationally recognised SCQF Level 6 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, creation and scheduling of digital content across social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Become a competent user of CRM, marketing and business systems, ensuring information is maintained accurately
• Assist with the delivery of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and customer reach
• Use collaborative technologies such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other digital platforms to communicate and work effectively with colleagues
• Create basic marketing assets such as social media posts, email content, blogs and promotional materials
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics and marketing tools, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Research market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviours to support marketing decisions and campaign planning
• Contribute creative ideas and support partnerships, customer engagement activities and brand-building initiatives that help achieve business objectives
