Job summary

QA in London is seeking a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to turn technical content into clear materials for web, LinkedIn, email and events. You’ll work with the founder, sales lead, and product and delivery teams.

The role emphasizes writing, design, data-driven decisions and campaign support; you’ll build visuals, plan content calendars, and help optimise SEO with basic analytics.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with clear structure.
• Ability to simplify technical ideas for non-technical readers.
• Creative layout and design skills for visuals.
• Proficiency with Canva/PowerPoint; WordPress/GA familiarity a plus.
• Experience with LinkedIn and content performance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for website, LinkedIn, email newsletters, case studies, bid documents and event materials.
• Turn technical material into plain English and proofread all outputs.
• Create infographics, diagrams, summaries, decks and short videos.
• Plan content calendar across web, LinkedIn, email and events; support campaigns.
• Research sectors, track performance with analytics and report findings.
