Job summary

easyJet seeks a Security Operations Analyst to protect its information and systems. You will detect, investigate, contain and remediate incidents using Defender, Splunk, ServiceNow and Zscaler, while strengthening security across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience working in security operations or SOC environment.
• 2+ years in Security Operations Analyst, SOC Analyst or similar.
• Hands-on with Defender, Splunk, ServiceNow, Zscaler or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Rapid response, detection, investigation, isolation and remediation of security incidents.
• Manage and optimise security tools: configuration, tuning, monitoring.
• Develop and apply security standards, processes and guidelines.
• Provide security-focused support to technology teams for policy compliance.
• Lead and support incident response activities, including forensics.
• Produce management information and reporting on security incidents.
• Develop controls to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure and network security teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational security services.
