Job summary

easyJet is hiring a Security Operations Analyst in Luton with hybrid working arrangements. You will protect business-critical systems, detect and respond to incidents, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security posture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in security operations or SOC environment.
• Experience in investigating and responding to cyber security incidents.
• Familiar with security technologies and incident response processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Rapid response, detection, investigation, isolation and remediation of security incidents.
• Maintaining and tuning operational security tools for optimal coverage.
• Developing and applying security standards, processes, and guidelines.
• Providing security-focused guidance to technology teams to support policy compliance.
• Leading or coordinating incident response activities including forensics and evidence handling.
• Producing management information and reporting on security incidents and prevention activities.
• Collaborating with application, infrastructure and network security teams to address threats.
• Driving continuous improvement across security services and capabilities.
