Zusammenfassung

The Travel Corporation (TTC) is seeking an experienced operations professional to support Small Group Tours across TTC touring brands. This hybrid role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high operational standards, and guiding on-road teams with proactive support.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and TTC teams to plan, train and continuously improve tour delivery, quality control and processes across field and office operations.

Qualifikationen

• On road experience or travel operations.
• Hybrid work location with details agreed with line manager.

Aufgaben

• Support the day-to-day operation and delivery of Small Group Tours across TTC Touring Brands to ensure consistency, quality and operational excellence.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to on-road teams, helping them resolve routine challenges and ensuring they have the information and resources needed.
• Monitor tour delivery, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and contribute to planning and training efforts.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and development of on-road teams and ensure alignment with brand standards.
