Job summary

PF Global is seeking a Policy Analyst to join the new Skills Team in our Education practice. You will support delivery across retained accounts, monitor policy developments, and translate research into clear policy prose for briefings and media pieces.

You will collaborate across the business, develop your own voice on topics of interest, and engage with senior clients. The role is hybrid, based near Embankment in London, with a starting salary of £31,000–£34,000.

Qualifications

• Interest in skills policy and willingness to learn more.
• Clear communication skills and ability to develop media angles from complex research.
• Project management ability and delivering on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project management and delivery across a busy portfolio of retained accounts and ongoing projects.
• Proactively keep up to date with emerging skills policy developments, trends and the media landscape.
• Work with teams across the business to ensure research is grounded in client needs, skills policy and the political landscape.
• Conduct rapid desk research on specific policies, programmes and projects.
• Convey thoughtful analysis in clear prose for policy reports, briefings and comment articles.
• Liaise with senior clients in a professional manner and develop your own voice on topics of interest.
