Page Personnel is seeking a Policy and Research Manager to lead the development and production of research reports, policy papers and consultation responses aligned with organisational priorities.

You will monitor regulatory and market developments, analyse policy issues, and engage with senior policymakers and partners to inform campaigns and strategic recommendations. The role is based in London and offers an extensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in policy, public affairs, research or evidence-based advocacy.
• Excellent research, analytical and written communication skills.
• Experience producing consultation responses, policy reports, briefings or other thought leadership outputs.

The Successful Applicant

• Demonstratable experience in a policy, public affairs, research or evidence-based advocacy role.
• Excellent research, analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations.
• Experience producing consultation responses, policy reports, briefings or other thought leadership outputs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to work with senior external audiences.
