Job summary

EDF in the United Kingdom is seeking a ServiceNow Platform and Solution Architect to lead architectural direction across an enterprise ServiceNow estate, shaping platform strategy, governance and secure, scalable digital services.

Hybrid role with flexible location and a starting salary of £70,000 per annum, plus potential for an annual bonus. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and product teams to drive technology transformation that supports EDF's digital platforms.

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in large enterprises.
Experience across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, SecOps and IRM.
Strong platform architecture, governance and security practices.
Ability to define roadmaps and governance frameworks.
Security clearance (SC) or eligible; British residency for last 5 years.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the architectural vision, strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
Lead solution design activities translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Govern platform architecture, standards, security controls and design best practices.
Oversee integrations, data architecture, CMDB strategy and service data management.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to colleagues.
