Job summary

Hillarys seeks an organised SEO Assistant to support organic growth across UK and EMEA brands. Reporting to the SEO Manager, you will help keep websites optimised, technically healthy and visible in search, while collaborating with Content, Development, Analytics and external partners.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, website QA and performance reporting using Google Search Console and GA4. A proactive, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Familiar with SEO fundamentals: keywords, intent, on-page optimization, internal linking.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical work approach.
• Comfortable analyzing data and identifying issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day delivery of SEO activity across UK and EMEA sites.
• Carry out keyword, competitor and trend research to identify opportunities.
• Assist on-page optimization including titles, descriptions, headings, content and internal links.
• Perform technical SEO checks, redirects, crawling, indexation and QA.
• Collect/analyze SEO performance data using Google Search Console and GA4.
• Support international SEO activity including localization checks and QA.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to implement improvements.
