Job summary

Mint Selection | B Corp is seeking a Senior Project Planner to support the successful delivery of Battery Energy Storage System projects across the UK. This role ensures seamless execution from inception to completion, contributing to the clean energy transition.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in M&E project planning, expert schedule coordination, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and PowerBI to manage complex renewables programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project planning experience in M&E projects.
• Expertise in schedule coordination, cost forecasting and earned value management.
• Strong SIMOPS knowledge and contractor schedule validation.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and PowerBI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, delivery-focused attitude on renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor full project lifecycles, reporting progress to leadership.
• Coordinate schedules, costs, and resources; develop what-if scenarios.
• Align timelines with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analyse schedule and cost variances; ensure SIMOPS compliance; mitigate risks.
• Support progress reporting, baseline schedule development, and risk management.
• Contribute to lessons learned and project closeout activities.
