Qualifications

• Proven PM experience delivering digital products and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API ecosystems, REST and event-driven architectures.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery across regions.
• Ability to translate tech, regulatory and operational factors into client outcomes.
• Knowledge of global payments or trade finance and API connectivity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Balance customer value with feasibility and risk.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive API Platform roadmap, including design guidelines, versioning and security patterns.
• Prioritise investment using customer, engineering and operational insight.
• Improve API discoverability, documentation, testing and onboarding.
• Ensure API delivery aligns with target architecture and Client Connectivity strategy.
• Contribute to roadmap planning for API enablement.
• Collaborate with Product, Channel, IT to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Drive consistent delivery across external and internal APIs.
• Build alignment across teams, regions and disciplines.
