Job summary

Sky is seeking a qualified Accountant or Auditor to lead assurance activities across planning, execution and reporting. You will work with international colleagues across time zones and create detailed reporting using advanced Microsoft Office tools.

You will apply strong knowledge of internal controls and IT concepts to assess risk, prepare clear work papers, and present findings to management. The role is hybrid, based at Osterley or Livingston, with comprehensive Sky benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or auditor with post-qualified experience in accounting, audit or related field.
• Experience in internal controls, risk or assurance environments; foundational understanding of technology concepts and IT controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and derive insights from complex information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; experience presenting and delivering training.
• Highly organised and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute assurance processes across planning, execution and reporting phases.
• Collaborate with international colleagues across multiple time zones.
• Prepare clear assurance work papers documenting root-cause analyses, investigations and recommendations.
• Evaluate records, documents, policies, costs and methods to ensure operations comply with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
