Based in Liverpool City Centre, this role offers a £65,000–£75,000 salary with a three-days-in-office pattern and clear opportunities for technical leadership and growth within a design-led, engineering-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production-ready frontend applications.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance and security best practices.
• Experience with Docker and Azure deployments.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Mentorship experience and willingness to raise team standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Build scalable, reusable frontend components with clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into polished experiences.
• Optimise performance, accessibility and security.
• Monitor frontend performance using Sentry/PostHog and improve accordingly.
• Lead and mentor other developers, shaping frontend standards.
