Job summary

You'll report to the Finance Director, develop the team, optimise processes and drive automation to build a scalable, technology-enabled function across the business.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Experienced Financial Controller or Head of Finance
• Experience in the Professional Services sector
• Strong controls, governance and compliance background
• Proven team leadership and development experience
• Track record of improving finance processes
• Experience supporting systems implementation and business change
• Pragmatic, commercially aware and comfortable driving change

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team
• Own financial control, management accounts and audit readiness
• Improve processes, reporting and data quality
• Support a major systems implementation
• Strengthen cash flow, working capital and debt management
