Job summary
Sustainable Infrastructure in Exeter, UK, is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the development of advanced electronic products from concept to certification.
You will work across PCB design, embedded systems, IoT and product certification, collaborating with firmware and mechanical teams in a flexible hybrid role.

Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics or related field, or equivalent industrial experience.
- Experience with 32-bit MCUs and embedded systems.
- PCB design experience, preferably Altium Designer.
- Experience with IEC 61010, EMC, testing and certification.
- Strong fault-finding and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom PCBs.
- Take concepts from prototype to production-ready designs.
- Work with 32-bit MCUs and embedded systems.
- Lead supplier and partner communications.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Conduct testing, fault finding and optimization.
- Lead product certification activities (IEC 61010, EMC).
- Prepare technical reports and test documentation.
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams.
- Support continuous improvement of existing products.
