Ofwat is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst to join the Major Projects team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on financing and delivering major water infrastructure projects, including exposure to new private finance and delivery models such as DPC or SIPR.

You will work across project delivery, commercial strategy and economic regulation, supporting investor engagement and guidance on financing topics, with a high degree of autonomy within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Two years’ experience in financing infrastructure or large-scale projects (banking, consultancy, investment, corporate or government).
• Knowledge of financing regulated utilities; private credit; project finance; credit ratings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery and financing of the UK's largest water and wastewater projects.
• Assist investor engagement for MWIP and financing of projects in the pipeline.
• Develop guidance on financing topics.
• Collaborate with water and wastewater companies to deliver value for customers.
• Operate with autonomy within a supportive team.
