Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is handling a rare opportunity for a Senior Corporate Associate (4-8 PQE) to join a leading national law firm's Birmingham Corporate team.

You will advise on a broad range of high-value transactions including M&A, Private Equity, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, with strong partner access, mentoring, and a collaborative culture, along with hybrid working and clear progression prospects.

Qualifications

• 4–8 PQE in corporate law.
• Experience advising on high-value transactions.
• Ability to work with entrepreneurs, owner-managed and large corporates.

Responsibilities

• Advise on M&A, Private Equity, and governance matters.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, joint ventures and restructurings.
• Support partners on high-profile corporate transactions and advisory matters.
