Job summary

TransUnion in Leeds is seeking a Sr Analyst in Shared Services to join the UK Finance Billing Team. The role blends two office days weekly with remote work under a flexible hybrid approach and reports to the UK Team Manager.

You will handle billing inputs, contract interpretation, and monthly cycles, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaboration with finance, sales and other stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in billing, contract administration or financial administration.
• Experience interpreting contracts and translating contractual information into accurate billing requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for resolving enquiries and working with customers.
• Excellent attention to detail when processing billing information and maintaining financial controls.
• GCSE English and Mathematics at grade C or above or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of service by completing billing data inputs, reports and related requests accurately.
• Interpret contracts and variations to identify key billing requirements and configure contract info in billing systems.
• Support monthly billing cycle, including raising manual invoices and credit notes.
• Investigate and resolve complex billing queries with finance, sales and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management information packs for complex UK contracts.
• Track unbilled revenue and escalate risks as needed.
• Support Revenue Team with monthly revenue-check activities.
• Provide audit support and ensure SOX compliance in billing activities.
• Participate in billing-system testing and customer onboarding.
