Job summary

Errington Legal in Cambridge seeks a Commercial Technology Senior Associate to join our team with hybrid working. You will handle a wide range of commercial, technology, IP and data protection matters and contribute to business development.

We require 5+ years PQE with strong technical skills and commercial acumen, and an aptitude for growing the practice while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in commercial, data protection and/or IP.
• Strong technical skills and commercial acumen.
• Aptitude for business development.

Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of commercial, technology, IP and data protection matters.
• Help to grow the practice.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Advise clients on complex commercial contracts and agreements, data protection and intellectual property matters.
