Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Commercial experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• GIS or geospatial analytics experience.
• Experience working with ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar mapping technologies.
• Experience analysing operational or business performance data.
• The ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to improving processes and automating manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct GIS and geospatial analysis to assess operational performance and programme coverage.
• Use ArcGIS and spatial analysis techniques to evaluate survey progress and identify areas requiring attention.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reporting.
• Perform data analysis using Python and SQL to support operational and commercial decisions.
• Develop automated reporting solutions and improving existing business processes.
• Support route optimisation, workforce planning, and resource forecasting activities.
• Analyse programme performance, costs, and commercial opportunities.
• Contribute to pricing models, tenders, and business growth initiatives.
• Work closely with operational stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
• Support the development of predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities.
