Venture Recruitment Partners are recruiting for a Senior Accountant role with a leading services organisation in a Whiteley/ hybrid setting. The role focuses on financial control, reporting, and supporting leadership with analysis.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, people-focused team that prioritises development, continuous improvement and shared success. Strong IFRS knowledge and ACCA/ ACA or equivalent qualification are essential.

Competenze

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Confident with data analysis and interpreting financial information.

Mansioni

• Produce monthly management accounts and KPI reporting.
• Deliver liquidity reporting and oversee financial accounting activities.
• Maintain robust financial controls and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support year-end processes, statutory accounts, and audits.
• Collaborate with FP&A on budgets and forecasts.
