The role will provide essential project and programme support across governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination and the effective tracking of programme activity.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex projects or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project and programme plans, documentation, trackers and records.
• Track actions, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies across the programme.
• Support the production of progress reports, programme updates, presentations and briefing papers.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, stakeholder sessions and wider programme activity.
• Produce accurate meeting minutes and ensure actions are clearly recorded and followed through.
• Support governance, including papers and supporting documentation.
