Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Service Manager with a strong technical background to oversee the Security Engineering Team delivering IT security services for a Aerospace client. The role is hybrid, based around Derby with 2–3 days on-site, and involves monitoring health, incident response, and triage of requests to ensure timely ownership.

Qualifications

• Understanding of security threats and network technologies in an IT outsourcing setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client engagement skills.
• Knowledge of MS Cloud Security, Email Gateway, Defender and related security tools.
• Experience in a multi-supplier, multi-vendor environment with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of client IT infrastructures and follow ITSM principles.
• Maintain health of Security Toolkit Infrastructure and related toolsets.
• Record and respond to health alerts from Security Infrastructure.
• Tune policies and enhancements in response to incidents and client requests.
• Apply ITSM processes including incidents, change control, problems and knowledge.
