Job summary

F5 in Maidenhead is seeking a Security & Network Engineer to design, configure and support secure, reliable networks for a new site and our wider environment. You will influence design choices and see your ideas through to delivery, working with the Head of Infrastructure and a junior colleague.

You will bring hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls, routing, switching and VLANs, plus cloud networking or automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in network engineering and security.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls, routing, switching and VLANs.
• Cloud networking, automation or security governance experience welcomed.
• Open to taking on design responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and support secure, reliable networks.
• Work with firewalls, segmentation and secure connectivity.
• Deliver the new site setup and contribute to infra improvements.
• Improve security practices and document technical details.
