Job summary

eTeam in Glasgow is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong expertise in .NET/C# to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for Windows desktops, Windows Services, and WPF applications.

This hybrid role requires hands-on automation, building scalable test suites, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve quality and delivery speed; the position is on-site 2–3 days per week with PAYE Umbrella arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience in Test Automation/SDET roles.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch for Windows desktop apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using C# and .NET.
• Build end-to-end automation packs for Windows Services and WPF desktop apps.
• Develop reusable automation utilities and testing components.
• Create automated functional, regression, and integration tests and integrate with CI/CD.
