Job summary

Insulet is seeking a SAP Solution Program Manager in the UK to accelerate key initiatives and deliver user-centric SAP ERP projects in a hybrid work setting from the Hammersmith area. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and a technical program background.
• Experience leading SAP ERP projects with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile tools and standard PM practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and ensure on-time delivery of SAP projects and other business applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure SAP ERP projects meet time, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, status updates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations).
• Lead core team and steering committee meetings for assigned programs.
• Guide project team members on conformance to validation procedures.
• Identify mitigations for risks and escalate when needed.
• Assist Owners and teams in problem solving and impact analysis of change requests.
• Provide input to Agile teams during PI planning and assess impact on the overall plan.
