Job summary

Retail Company in London offers a hybrid role for a Retail IT Project Manager to lead SAP-centric IT delivery across omnichannel architecture, ecommerce, marketplaces, and store fulfilment. You will coordinate warehouse migration projects, manage data migrations, 3PL transitions, and align IT infrastructure with business goals.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, supply chain, regional teams in London and the Netherlands, and the global HQ; oversee SIT/UAT, test strategy,

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in IT PMO, Project Management or Program Delivery in retail or fashion sectors.
• Proven SAP project delivery experience across omnichannel and warehouse domains.
• Strong governance, risk and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel SAP Architecture & Warehouse Move Delivery.
• Omnichannel Project Steering to deliver SAP-centric architecture across channels.
• Warehouse Migration Coordination and 3PL transitions.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration between IT, supply chain, regional stakeholders and HQ.
• End-to-End Test Management (SIT & UAT) with test strategy liaison.
• Defect & Validation Governance and RAID-tracked follow-up.
• Cutover runbooks, go-live guardrails and hypercare coordination.
