Job summary

Yorkshire Water is seeking a SAP Manager - Security to lead the SAP Security roadmap and governance. You will mentor a team of security consultants and own the S/4HANA security strategy across SAP modules.

You will work with IT SAP project teams to embed security in new implementations and collaborate with offshore AMS on incidents and access management. Hybrid Leeds-based role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP Security and Authorisations with managerial experience.
• Experience with S/4HANA, Fiori, ECC, BW and SAP Public Cloud products from a security perspective.
• Hands-on SAP GRC (Access Control and Process Control).
• Strong knowledge of SAP security auditing tools and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain the SAP Security roadmap aligned with information security policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP security consultants.
• Own SAP GRC module, SoD analysis, mitigation controls, and emergency access.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external audits and ensure continuous compliance.
• Collaborate with IT SAP project teams to embed security requirements in implementations, upgrades, rollouts.
• Coordinate with offshore AMS security team on incidents and access management.
