Job summary

SCC is Europe’s largest privately-owned IT company and this role sits in a commercially focused sales support function. The Sales Support Exec provides essential administrative and operational backing to External Account Managers, helping to drive revenue growth and efficiency across multiple accounts.

Based in London with hybrid working, the role requires strong communication, organisation and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and the offshore Romania support centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in account management or sales support is desirable.
• Experience in upselling or cross-selling products or services.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial, operational and administrative support to External Account Managers.
• Assist in driving revenue growth and improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Romania offshore support team for quotes, orders and CRM updates.
• Support pre-sales enquiries, quotations and order processing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor pipeline activity.
