Job summary

Movado Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our UK Sales team, providing day-to-day support across National and eCommerce accounts. You’ll work closely with the Senior National Account Manager and wider Sales team to keep customer activity, pricing, product details and sales documentation organized and up to date.

You’ll support new account set-up, prepare sales materials for launches, assist with forecasts and reporting, and coordinate actions with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination or Commercial Administration.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communication with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Senior National Account Manager and Sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer information, pricing, product details and sales documentation.
• Assist with new account set-up and share information with internal teams.
• Prepare sales presentations, product information, launch materials and customer documents.
• Support seasonal sell-in, customer meetings and product launches.
• Assist with sales reporting, forecasts and other commercial updates.
• Coordinate actions and deadlines, ensuring tasks are followed up and completed on time.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and keep things moving.
• Maintain high service levels for wholesale and eCommerce partners.
• Suggest process improvements to make the Sales team more effective.
