Job summary

Morgan McKinley (Guildford) is recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. The role offers a salary of up to £35k and a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office per week), with free parking, a pension and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

You will handle customer enquiries, process orders, provide quotations, manage delivery requirements, update customers on production and dispatch dates, coordinate with multiple departments, and support

Qualifications

• Prior experience of order processing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries within agreed time frames
• Processing customer orders, providing an accurate order confirmation including lead times
• Raising quotations
• Communicating with customers regarding delivery requirements
• Proactively keeping customers up to date on production and dispatch dates
• Liaising with multiple departments in order to ensure that customers needs are met in a timely manner
• Supporting the aftersales team with returns and spare part / replacement orders, ensuring correct processes are followed and records updated
• Providing basic technical product information and product guidance to clients
