Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Guildford is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator for a 12-month maternity cover contract. The role offers a salary of up to £35k and a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office.

You will process orders from start to finish, liaise with corporate customers and coordinate between departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Prior order processing experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries within agreed time frames
• Processing customer orders, providing an accurate order confirmation including lead times
• Communicating with customers regarding delivery requirements
• Proactively keeping customers up to date on production and dispatch dates
• Liaising with multiple departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner
• Supporting the aftersales team with returns and spare part / replacement orders
• Providing basic technical product information and product guidance to clients
