The Countryside Regeneration Trust in Surrey seeks an experienced Estates Manager to oversee land and property management across our 16 properties across the UK, focusing on biodiversity, nature-friendly farming, and land use.

Based near Frensham with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), you will lead site management, ensure tenant and contractor coordination, and drive compliance with environmental and building standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel regularly across the UK.
• Experience in land and property management with a focus on biodiversity.
• Strong interpersonal and project delivery skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee land and property management across 16 properties.
• Coordinate tenants, graziers, and contractors.
• Develop and deliver Site Management Plans for priority holdings.
• Manage environmental stewardship applications and claims.
• Maintain building services, EPCs, gas checks and repairs.
• Identify diversification opportunities and drive improvements.
• Lead Health & Safety across CRT properties.
