Zusammenfassung

BDO LLP is seeking a hands-on Risk & Compliance professional to support the Head of Compliance in strengthening the firm's risk management framework within Wealth Management. The role focuses on remediation and regulatory review activities and requires driving actions to completion with stakeholders across the business.

The position is based in Oxfordshire, with 2 days on-site and 2 remote per week, for a 3-month contract starting ASAP.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in wealth management or a similarly regulated financial services environment.
• Proven ability to track remediation actions and drive closure.
• Solid understanding of risk and control libraries and governance artefacts.

• Develop and enhance the firm's risk management framework.
• Track and remediate findings from regulatory reviews and assessments.
• Maintain risk and control libraries and governance documentation.
• Coordinate risk actions and ensure timely delivery and closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
• Support FCA-related compliance activities and governance.
• Promote a strong risk and controls culture across the organisation.
• Provide practical guidance on regulatory obligations to business teams.
• Prepare risk and compliance reporting for senior management committees.
• Contribute to process improvements and control enhancements.
