Job summary

MBDA is expanding its Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) capabilities, seeking engineers to advance RF electronic support/attack payload integration across missile programmes. Roles encompass systems design, supplier coordination, and EW mission support within a high-security environment.

Ideal candidates will have expertise in RF systems, algorithm design, and integrated air defence domains, with willingness to obtain DV clearance. Travel within the UK/Europe may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF electronic support/attack systems.
• Strong understanding of RF/electronic systems.
• Experience in algorithm design/implementation.
• Knowledge of Integrated Air Defence Systems.
• Experience in supplier management with Procurement Lead support.
• Systems design engineering: req elicitation, decomposition, design, test, validation.
• Proficient in SysML/DOORS/Rhapsody.
• Experience in RF performance models.
• Experience transitioning development hardware to production; environmental/testing.
• DV clearance held or willing to apply for.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate RF/EW hardware and software components.
• Oversee system design, verification and validation activities.
• Collaborate with procurement and suppliers for hardware delivery.
• Support in-service and mission-support activities within EW domain.
