Job summary

Clayton Legal in Cheshire is seeking two experienced residential property professionals to join its expanding property team. These are full-time expansion roles based in our Cheshire offices with hybrid working potential in the future.

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing work from file opening to completion, including freehold/leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and help to buy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years PQE in residential property.
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing process.
• Excellent client-care skills with clear, jargon-free advice.

Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process (sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold).
• Advising clients in person, by telephone and in writing on stages of transactions.
• Drafting/reviewing contracts and transfer documents with accuracy.
