Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Kent is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to manage a busy caseload from instruction through to completion. The role is suitable for NQ to 4 PQE and offers hybrid working with a salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.

You will handle sales, purchases, freehold/leasehold matters, remortgages, equity release, shared ownership and lease extensions while building client relationships and contributing to business development.

• Manage residential property caseload from instruction to completion.

• Provide support to colleagues and maintain high professional standards.
