Based in our Oldham office with hybrid working, you will join a busy team focused on delivering excellent service and resolving enquiries at first contact.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt prevention, collection or recovery.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and use IT (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Handle rent account enquiries via telephone, email and web chat.
• Assist residents to set up Direct Debits and repayment plans.
• Discuss missed payments and provide guidance to prevent arrears.
• Resolve enquiries at first point of contact.
