Job summary

Murray McIntosh Associates Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an Events Officer on a hybrid basis, with a starting salary from 25,000 per annum. You will join Scottish Renewables' events team, coordinating conferences, seminars, networking events and awards across Scotland's renewable energy sector.

Reporting to the Events Manager, you will handle logistics, registrations, attendee communications, and CRM records while working with speakers, sponsors, venues and suppliers.

Qualifications

• This role requires administration, coordination or events support experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with databases or CRM systems.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support events from planning through to delivery, coordinating logistics, registrations and attendee communications.
• Collaborate with speakers, sponsors, venues and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare event materials and maintain CRM records.
• Provide on-site event support and assist with post-event reporting and evaluation.
