Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a part-time Nature Engagement Officer to support Making Friends with Wildlife, a project with Age Cymru helping older people connect with nature and take practical action to support wildlife.

Working four days a week remotely with some travel across Montgomeryshire and occasional visits to the Trust's office near Newtown, you will develop training and resources, run online and f2f workshops and help people take positive action for wildlife.

• Good understanding of wildlife and nature conservation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver practical training and resources on wildlife engagement.
• Organise online and in-person workshops and community activities.
• Record project activities and biodiversity outcomes for monitoring and learning.
• Support biodiversity monitoring and contribute to evaluation.
• Communicate with diverse audiences to help older people feel confident.
